European RDT Projects
Our core activity is the elaboration of projects and the administrative project support in the frame of the running 7th Framework Programme (2007-2013) for Research & Technology co-financed by the European Commission. We provide project administration services to organisations and companies, in particular SMEs, that are already involved, or wishing to participate, in European funded research projects.
It is the general feeling that the writing and assembling of project proposals has become a time consuming task on its own. This is valid in particular for the management of (accepted) projects with duration of up to 5 years and sometimes with more than 20 partners. Internal resources in industry (but also in private and public research organisations) often do not permit to free engineers to the dedicated task of projet management. The tendency observed is towards outsourcing these activities which do not belong to the core business of most technology driven organisations.
At this stage we offer entering a project by taking over the burden of conceptualisation, proposal writing and submission following the key rules and requirements set by the EC. For accepted projects, we provide services that span the life cycle of a running project with assistance to the day-to-day administrative project management. While generally not explicitely involved in the project as an identified partner, our tasks include the preparation of contractual documents, the reporting towards the European Commission, the organization of project meetings, and the writing and harmonization of all administrative and financial issues.
Our work is based on the experience gained through the participation to past European projects since the 4th Framework Programme that started back in 1994. In particular we were and currently are involved in the following R&D projects:

- Fuelchief (FP5, 2002-2005)
- FLUISTCOM (FP6, 2004-2007)
- FAR-Wake (FP6, 2005-2008)
- SimSAC (FP6,2006-2009)
- MYPLANET (FP7,2008-2012)
Our expertise involves liaising with our clients on the project strategy, drafting the proposal, find partners and supporting them in the management and financial administration of the project. With more than 12 years of experience, we are able to provide fast and efficient support.
The personal contact to scientific officers at the EC as well as the participation to Programme Evaluation Panels are of non-negliable value for the understanding of the project preparation and evaluation processes.
